90/10 Method

Buying an AI tool takes leadership an afternoon. Using it is a behaviour thousands of people choose every day. Shipping a product is the easy 10%. Getting a market to change is the 90%.

That 90% is where projects fail. Everyone owns the build. I own the adoption. My definition of done is when the system runs without me.

Every engagement runs the same three moves.

01 · Map the gap

Diagnose before deploying. I sit with the leadership team and the actual users to find where the AI investment is stalling: which workflows could absorb it, who's resistant, what's blocking daily use. Output: the 3 to 4 highest-leverage use cases and the human blockers in the way.

02 · Prove it small

One team, one workflow, one visible win. I build the pilot (training, prompts, custom agents, whatever the use case needs) and get a small group to genuine daily use. Internal proof and internal champions do more for adoption than any mandate from the top.

03 · Scale what works

Turn the pilot into the playbook: training programs, champion networks, rollout sequencing across teams and geographies, and agent builds for the workflows that earned them. I stay on as the adoption layer until usage is self-sustaining, which is why most projects convert to retainers.

One method across adoption, agent builds, and brand & GTM.

Let's work together

You've got the mandate. I'll build the system.
