How do you find the signal in AI hype?

The problem
Most conversations about AI are noise. Think vendor pitches, 'AI-everything' hype, and second-hand takes from people who haven't shipped. The real signal lives with practitioners who've deployed and hit walls. That signal needs a closed, high-trust room to exist.
What I did
Community Associate for Chai & AI, LevelUp Labs' invite-only community for AI practitioners from FAANG and Fortune 500 firms. Hosting monthly sessions on AI and productivity, curating conversations focused on shipped work rather than hype ('I tried deploying for X use case, hit Y walls, anyone seen Z paper?'), building use cases, and contributing to the 12K+ Substack.
